We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all CrateSnake orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Refunds Policy

 

We want you to feel confident choosing CrateSnake, while also maintaining strict hygiene standards for all dogs.

 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your CrateSnake within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused

The item remains sealed in its original packaging

The item is returned in original condition

Once the CrateSnake has been removed from its sealed bag, it is classified as used and is no longer eligible for return, unless deemed faulty.

This helps ensure hygiene and safety for all customers and their dogs.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your CrateSnake arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Used Products

For hygiene reasons, used CrateSnakes are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@cratesnake.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days in metro areas and 4–8 business days in regional locations.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are carefully shipped via AusPost with tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not yet available.
